Overview
The telemedicine portal is a web platform designed for doctors and connected to a patient mobile app. The portal allows doctors to run online consultations, manage patients, prescribe medication and medical aids, schedule examinations, and monitor patient measurements and health-related values.
I worked on the project as a UX/UI designer. My role included designing the full web portal, creating the design system, building prototypes, preparing final screens, and collaborating with developers during implementation.

Challenge
The main challenge was the scale of the product. The portal includes many features, user scenarios, and data-heavy areas that doctors need to work with during patient care. The interface had to be clear, consistent, and practical, without adding unnecessary friction to the doctor’s workflow.
The project was designed almost from scratch. The hospital already had an existing system, but its UX and visual design were not a strong foundation for the new portal. This meant we had to create a new product experience that better matched the needs of a modern telemedicine platform and the real workflows of doctors.
Another challenge was the timeline. A healthcare product of this size would ideally require more time for detailed research, testing, and gradual refinement. The project had to move quickly, so the design process required pragmatic decisions, clear structure, and constant attention to consistency across the whole system.

Approach
My focus was on simplicity, clarity, and efficient work with information. A medical portal cannot be just visually clean — it has to help doctors quickly find important information, complete key actions, and stay oriented while working with a patient.
I designed the main parts of the portal, including patient management, patient detail, online consultations, prescriptions for medication and medical aids, examination scheduling, and measurement overviews. The goal was to create an interface that could handle a large amount of information while still remaining understandable and usable in daily practice.
A major part of the work was creating the design system. For a product of this size, it was important to keep components, states, forms, tables, and interactions consistent across the entire portal. The design system helped speed up the creation of new screens, support collaboration with development, and maintain one unified visual and functional language.
Throughout the project, I created prototypes and final screens to validate structure, flows, and detailed interactions. I also worked closely with developers to make sure the design was clear for implementation and that individual parts of the portal worked together as one consistent product.

Outcome
The result is a complete UX/UI design for a large telemedicine portal for doctors. The portal covers key parts of digital healthcare — from online consultations and patient management to prescriptions, scheduling, and monitoring patient values.
The design created a solid foundation for a modern, clear, and scalable healthcare product that helps doctors work with patients more efficiently in a digital environment.
